The TP3057BN is comprised of a single-chip PCM codec (pulse-code-modulated encoder and decoder) and PCM line filter. The TP3057BN provides all the functions required to interface a full-duplex (2-wire) voice telephone circuit with a TDM (time-division-multiplexed) system.
