Product Summary
The TC74HC05AF is a high speed CMOS INVERTER fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. Pin configuration and function are the same as the TC74HC04A, but the TC74HC05AF has high performance MOS N-channel transistor (open-drain) outputs. ThE TC74HC05AF can, therefore, with a suitable pull-up resistors, be used in wired-AND, LED drive and other applications. All inputs of the TC74HC05AF are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
